It has been a while since my last update and here we are about eleven weeks to go until Banished is released. So much has happened since Marked was published this past spring. The biggest event was taking a new job and relocating my family across country. Admittedly it put a hamper on the creative process. So, even though I am still writing new content, we are almost ready for the first round of edits and the publication date is not moving. Banished will be released on November 30th.
But the real news of the day is that this afternoon I received a first draft for the cover! The image is still in its rawest form and needs finalizing, but once again my talented illustrator, Ryann Armstrong of Keylligraphy Ink, captured the essence of the novel. Here’s a little teaser of the cover she designed…
And, finally, a request…If you enjoyed the first three books and have not yet done so, please consider leaving a review on Amazon. Aside from word-of-mouth through social media, that is the best way for an author’s book to get exposure. The more reviews, the more times a book will get highlighted.
